Wernicke脑病是由于长期酗酒或严重营养不良,所致维生素B_1缺乏,进而引起的中枢神经系统疾病。一般住院临床诊断率只有0.05%,估计死亡率为17%。本文就收治的3例临床表现,脑CT和脑电图所见作一讨论。病历摘要例1,男,38岁,1987年10月23日入院。头昏、步态不穗3年,4个月来症状明显,步行不稳跌倒3次,精神和食欲差,记忆力减退。11岁开始饮酒,每日半斤白酒至今。无家族史。检查:反应迟钝,表情
