目的 了解我国一般人群骨密度正常参考值。方法 采用双能X线骨密度仪 ,对中国四地区 2 0岁以上一般人群随机抽样 2 331例进行测量。结果 确定男女不同年龄组腰椎及股骨近端骨密度正常参考值及骨峰值。结论 进一步得出筛选治疗对象骨密度参考值及骨质疏松症诊断骨密度参考值。
Objective To understand the normal reference value of bone density in the general population in China. Methods A dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry was used to measure 2 331 random samples from the general population over 20 years in four regions of China. RESULTS: The reference values and bone peak values of bone density in the lumbar spine and proximal femur in different age groups were determined. Conclusions The reference values of the bone density of the treated subjects and the diagnostic bone density of osteoporosis were further obtained.
