随着我国社会经济的进步,人们的生活环境及生活习惯得到了彻底的改变。旅游业作为国民经济重要的组成部分,有着十分重要的地位。社会经济的发展同时也促进了旅游行业的飞速发展,这就使得旅游专业的人才需求大大提高。中职院校作为培养旅游专业的重要教育机构,迎来了十分难得机遇,但同时也面临着很多的困难。本文通过分析中职旅游专业人才培养所存在的问题,针对性的提出意见,从旅游专业的教学模式上进行积极的改善,来最大限度的满足国家在旅游新常态下对旅游行业专业人才的需求。
As China’s social and economic progress, people’s living environment and living habits have been completely changed. As an important part of the national economy, tourism plays a very important role. The socio-economic development has also promoted the rapid development of the tourism industry, which has greatly increased the demand of tourism professionals. Vocational colleges, as important educational institutions to cultivate tourism, usher in a very rare opportunity, but also face many difficulties. This article analyzes the problems existing in the training of tourism professionals in secondary vocational schools, puts forward the suggestions pertinently, and makes positive improvements from the teaching modes of tourism major in order to satisfy the demand of the national tourism professionals in the new normal of tourism to the maximum extent .
