随着工业上镉的广泛应用,镉已成为环境中常见的一种污染物。广州市郊××大队与××××厂一墙之隔,工厂含镉废水直接排入农田,使土壤及蔬菜中镉的污染十分严重(污染区土壤中的镉为清洁对照区的几十至二百多倍)。为了解环境镉污染与人体体液免疫的关系,我们选用了唾液溶菌酶及血清免疫球蛋白G、A、M(IgG、IgA、IgM)等指标,对镉污染区 6～14岁的小学生243名和清洁对照区60名小学生进行了对比研究。
