中国加入世界贸易组织以来,中国和美国之间经济日益相互促进、相互依赖,但同时,中国和美国之间的贸易摩擦不断出现。始于2008年的世界性金融危机更是加剧了中美之间的这种贸易摩擦的频率和激烈程度。几年来,中国在一波又一波的贸易摩擦中不断承受着巨大的损失。如何看待中美之间的贸易摩擦,如何巧妙地应对这些摩擦甚至在日趋激烈的国际贸易中占据主动,是摆在中国面前一个非常重要的问题。
Since China joined the World Trade Organization, the economy between China and the United States has been increasingly promoting each other and interdependently. However, at the same time, trade frictions between China and the United States have emerged continuously. The global financial crisis that began in 2008 further exacerbated the frequency and intensity of such trade friction between China and the United States. Over the past few years, China has continuously suffered huge losses in the wave of trade frictions. How to treat trade frictions between China and the United States, how to handle them ingeniously and even take the initiative in the increasingly fierce international trade is a very important issue for China.
