为了在QFDE过程中确定工程参数的权重,首先采用递阶质量屋方法获取产品设计过程中的客户需求及对应工程参数的权重,采用敏感性分析方法得出环境需求对应的各项生态设计工程参数权重;然后通过三角模糊数方法给出两类工程参数的独立权重,利用加权处理确定出最终各项工程参数的权重。最后以液晶显示屏产品的设计为例,对该方法的有效性进行了说明。
In order to determine the weight of engineering parameters in the process of QFDE, we first use the Hierarchical Quality House method to obtain the customer needs and the corresponding engineering parameters in the product design process, and adopt the sensitivity analysis method to get the corresponding ecological design engineering parameters Then, the independent weights of two kinds of engineering parameters are given by the triangular fuzzy number method, and the weights of the final engineering parameters are determined by the weighted processing. Finally, the design of the LCD screen is taken as an example to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
