倪美琪,董兴茂.退休教师夫妇从单枪匹马两个人的“闯荡”到拥有几十方人的共同参与,从十几个班的规模发展到全市数百所学校。他们退休后戗办的“爱的教育研究会”已经成为上海最有影响的民间教育组织。冰心亲笔为他们的小报《爱的教育》题写报名:巴金将与他们的合影作为99岁生日时最珍贵的礼物挂于床前。他们组织筹建的“爱心假日学校”,拥有上海任何一所学校都无法匹敌的“豪华”阵容。近四十位教师中,特级教师就有十多人,高级教师二十多人。其中,还有十多位是上海各所重点学校的校长或副校长。他们在简陋的办公环境里,策划出一场场富有教益的大型活动,援助无数贫困学生开始新的生活。
