淤地坝在陕北和黄土高原其它地区具有悠久的历史和广泛的群众基础。它不仅有着明显的经济效益,对于控制沟道侵蚀、减少入黄泥沙、改善生态环境也有明显作用,是黄河中游地区一项重要的水土保持措施。多年来,许多水保科技工作者在小流域坝系规划布设研究方面做过大量工作,取得了一些成果。但是如何定量地对小流域坝系进行系统、科学的规划,还是一个没有很好解决的问题。本文试图采用系统工程的方法对小流域坝系规划建立数学模型,并以李家寨流域的坝系规划作为实例,介绍这种规划的方法和步骤,期望成为有益的探索。 一、小流域坝系规划的模型结构及其数学描述
Warping dam in northern Shaanxi and other parts of the Loess Plateau has a long history and a broad mass base. It not only has obvious economic benefits, but also plays a significant role in controlling channel erosion, reducing yellow sediment and improving ecological environment. It is an important water and soil conservation measure in the middle reaches of the Yellow River. Over the years, many water conservation scientists and technologists have done a great deal of work on the planning and layout of dam systems in small watersheds and have achieved some results. However, how to systematically and scientifically plan the dam system in small watershed quantitatively is still a problem that has not been solved well. This paper attempts to establish a mathematical model for dam system planning of small watershed by means of system engineering. Taking the dam system planning in Lijiazhai Basin as an example, this paper introduces the methods and steps of this planning and hopes to be beneficial exploration.
