依托湖北省汉宜高速公路旧水泥混凝土路改造工程实例,通过对防治反射裂缝方案的选择、材料性能试验并结合加铺层施工工艺来对旧水泥混凝土路面沥青混凝土罩面层防治反射裂缝的办法进行研究。材料性能试验结果表明:采用STRATA反射裂缝应力吸收层后沥青混凝土的整体稳定性比原沥青混凝土有较大提高,具有更好的防裂性能。还因地制宜地对施工工艺进行了精心制定。加铺罩面层建成后,有关单位的检测数据表明,通车几年均未出现反射裂缝,说明合理的防治反射裂缝方案选择与严格的施工工艺结合起来是防治反射裂缝的有效办法。
Relying on the case of old cement concrete road reconstruction of Han Yi Expressway in Hubei Province, the measures to prevent and control reflective cracking of asphalt concrete overlay on old cement concrete pavement are given through the selection of prevention and control reflective cracking scheme, material property test and combined with overlay construction technology research. The results of material performance test show that the overall stability of asphalt concrete after adopting STRATA reflective crack stress absorption layer is higher than that of original asphalt concrete, which has better crack resistance. Also according to local conditions of the construction process has been carefully developed. After the construction of the overlay overlay, the testing data of the relevant units showed that no reflection cracks occurred for several years after the opening of the overlay. This shows that the combination of the reasonable selection of prevention and control reflection cracks and strict construction technology is an effective way to prevent reflection cracks.
