宪法与文化有着十分密切的关系。宪政制度的建立离不开宪政文化。处于一个特定文化传统的我们,在接受来自西方的宪政理念时,如何在二者之间寻找一个契合点,使其能够更好地融合,是至关重要的。为此,我们应该在公民中传播宪政观念,进行普遍的宪政教育,同时,加强宪政制度的建设,以制度来推动和促进宪政文化的建构。设计一条符合我国国情的宪政文化道路,以期在中国早日实现宪政。
Constitution and culture are closely related. The constitutional system can not be established without the constitutional culture. When we accept constitutional ideas from the West, we in a particular cultural tradition, how to find a meeting point between the two, so that they can better integrate, is crucial. To this end, we should disseminate the concept of constitutionalism among citizens and carry out universal constitutional education.
