本文报道一组矽肺肺气肿患者当呼吸改变及肺泡压增高时对肺动脉压的影响,证实肺泡压与肺动脉收缩压或舒张压,相关均极显著,在一定范围内确与肺动脉压呈线性关系。也明确发现肺动脉压波幅随肺泡压升高而逐渐缩小,故Q—PA值有可能作为一个有效的压力参数应用于临床。
