Song Fufan pointed out in the “First Language” that “the issue of common prosperity is one of the fundamental problems in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.” In his famous summary of the essence of socialism, Deng Xiaoping clearly defined the common prosperity as the ultimate goal of socialism. With the deepening of the reform and opening up, there has been a gradual increase in the income gap and the prominent problem of corruption. We remember, Deng
