(接上期)二、农药生产许可证(或生产批准文件)号农药属于精细化工产品,生产农药的企业需要具备特定的厂房、生产设施、技术人员和技术工人、卫生环境及管理制度,方能保证产品质量,并且全国范围内生产厂点应该合理布局,控制生产厂点和生产数量。因此,开办农药生产企业(包括联营、设立分厂和非农药生产企业设立农药生产车间)须经过审查和批准,经国家发改委审核批准,发给农药生产批准证书或农药生产许可证。农药生产厂分为农药原药合成厂、农药制剂加工厂和农药分装厂3类,均须由国家发改委核准并发给农药生产批准证书或农药生产许可证。
