目的研究支气管哮喘患者T_H1、T_H2、T_H17及Treg细胞相关炎性因子的变化规律。方法采用多重蛋白定量技术(CBA法)检测支气管哮喘患者及健康对照人群血清中T_H1、T_H2、T_H17及Treg细胞相关细胞因子的蛋白质表达。结果在支气管哮喘患者血清中转化生长因子β(TGF-β)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、IL-4、IL-6、IL-17A的表达水平明显高于健康对照人群,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在支气管哮喘患者与健康人群血清中IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)的表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者外周血中TGF-β、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-17A的表达水平明显升高,推测存在TH1、TH2、TH17及Treg细胞的比列失衡。
Objective To study the changes of T_H1, T_H2, T_H17 and Treg cells associated with inflammatory cytokines in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods The protein levels of T_H1, T_H2, T_H17 and Treg cells in serum of patients with bronchial asthma and healthy controls were detected by multiplex protein quantitative assay (CBA). Results The serum levels of TGF-β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6 and IL-17A in patients with bronchial asthma were significantly higher than those in healthy controls There was statistical significance (P <0.05). The serum levels of IL-10, TNF-α and IFN-γ in bronchial asthma patients and healthy people had no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of TGF-β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6 and IL-17A in peripheral blood of patients with bronchial asthma is significantly increased, suggesting that imbalance exists between TH1, TH2, TH17 and Treg cells.
