中国人讲究人际关系的和谐,然而面对冲突,并非一味的逃避与退让,而是强调在礼的基础之上,根据交际对象、冲突内容与性质等的不同而采取不同的处理方式。概而言之,中国人处理交际冲突的方式主要依据以下几大原则:区别对待原则、理性原则、人情原则与节制原则。以区别对待原则为主导,综合运用理性原则、人情原则与节制原则,在不失社会公平正义的前提下尽量兼顾人情、着眼未来,这可以说是中国人在处理交际冲突时一贯的努力方向。
Chinese people pay attention to the interpersonal harmony. However, in the face of conflicts, they are not blindly avoiding and giving back. Instead, they emphasize that different approaches should be taken based on the basis of ceremony and on the basis of the different subjects and nature of conflict. In summary, the Chinese approach to dealing with communicative conflicts is based on the following major principles: the principle of discrimination, the principle of rationality, the principle of humanity, and the principle of temperance. Taking the principle of discrimination as the dominant factor, the principle of rationality, principle of humanity and abstemiousness should be used in a comprehensive way. Without compromising social fairness and justice, we should try our best to take into account human beings and focus on the future. This can be said to be the usual direction of Chinese efforts in dealing with communicative conflicts.
