一、概况广州白天鹅宾馆是我国引进外资、自行设计、自行施工、自行管理的具有现代化水平的国际旅游宾馆。宾馆座落在广州沙面,面临秀丽的珠江。工程填江造地近30000平方米,总建筑面积为92000平方米,主楼平面呈腰鼓形,长80米,宽为中间29米,两边18米,共34层(包括地下室、上下管道夹层)。标准层层高2.8米,总高度97.75米。1～3层与垫楼的餐厅、商场等公共用房连成一片,4层为商务用房,5～27层为标准层,每层有双人客房40间,使用面积分别为28.58平方米和27.63平方米。在24～27层还设有
I. Overview White Swan Hotel in Guangzhou is an international tourist hotel with a modern level that attracts foreign investment, self-designs, constructs, and manages itself. The hotel is located in Shamian, Guangzhou, facing the beautiful Pearl River. The project has constructed nearly 30,000 square meters of land, with a total construction area of 92,000 square meters. The main building has a flat drum shape, 80 meters long, and a width of 29 meters in the middle and 18 meters on both sides with a total of 34 floors (including the basement and upper and lower pipe sandwiches).
