实习医师 患者,女,33岁,自觉腹部膨隆,脐下可触及手拳大包块,伴下腹部及腰部疼痛,食欲差,消瘦2个月,来妇科就诊,以卵巢肿瘤、腹水于1997年2月20日收住院。月经史:初潮12岁,3～4天/28～30天,无痛经。生育史:妊_4产_1。既往史:1984年患甲型肝炎,治愈。1996年10月因咽部疼痛,咳血3个月,来耳鼻喉科就诊,发现扁桃体肿大,颈部多个淋巴结肿大,取鼻咽部活检,病理报告:“低分化鼻咽鳞癌”,11月份门诊放疗1疗程。
Internship Patient, female, 33 years old, Conscious bulging abdomen, palpable mass under hand under umbilicus, accompanied by abdominal and waist pain, poor appetite, weight loss 2 months, gynecological treatment, ovarian cancer, ascites in 1997 February 20 admitted to hospital. Menstrual history: menarche 12 years old, 3 ~ 4 days / 28 ~ 30 days, no dysmenorrhea. Fertility history: pregnancy _4 production _1. Past history: Hepatitis A, cured in 1984. October 1996 due to pharyngeal pain, hemoptysis for 3 months to otolaryngology clinic, found that tonsil enlargement, multiple neck lymph nodes, nasopharyngeal biopsy, pathology report: “poorly differentiated nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma ”, November outpatient radiotherapy 1 course of treatment.
