目的探讨无晶体眼与人工晶体眼视网膜脱离的发生原因。方法探对２９例行不同术式白内障手术后形成视网膜脱离的病人进行了分析。结果行ＩＣＣＥ术者因玻璃体牵引，术后发生网脱机率较高，且裂孔多，位置靠周边，影响裂孔检出率，复位手术失败率较高。故不宜采用。植入人工晶体眼较单纯囊外摘除无晶体眼出现网脱机率少，但因后囊易机化混浊，裂孔检出率也低，影响复位手术。各种术式术后出现网脱多在３个月之内。结论提高手术技巧，减少并发症，加强术后随访是减少网脱发生的关键。
Objective To investigate the causes of retinal detachment in aphakia and intraocular lens. Methods 29 cases of retinal detachment after surgery under different surgical cataract patients were analyzed. Results ICCE patients due to vitreous traction, postoperative net off rate is high, and more holes, the location of the perimeter, affecting the detection rate of hiatus, reduction of high failure rate. It is not appropriate. Implantation of intraocular lens than simple extracapsular aphakia removal occurs less chance of nets, but the cyst is easy to turbidity, the detection rate of holes is also low, affecting the reduction surgery. A variety of surgical postoperative network off more than 3 months. Conclusions Improving the technique of operation, reducing the complication and enhancing the follow-up after operation are the key points to reduce the occurrence of net off.
