Experts from the Soviet Ministry of Building Industry recommend a simple and effective method that can both improve the performance of concrete and reduce the amount of cement. The ionizer can be used to saturate the anion in the water and then use this ionized water to agitate the concrete. This method can accelerate the water absorption process of the cement particles to a large extent and increase the degree of hydration of the cement, thereby rapidly increasing the strength of the concrete.
