本文根据气体力学原理,采用简单的方法来测量冲天炉送风系统漏风量,从而可计算出进入冲天炉内的实际风量。具体测量方法是:把进入炉内的气流和漏掉气流看成一组并联的管路,在保证管路上的风压与开炉时风压完全相同情况下,堵住全部风口(使进入炉内的风量为零),测得的漏掉气流量,即为炉子的漏风量。与此同时,本文还介绍了采用炉气分析法及计算法对其精确性的校核。
