(一) 傅作义将军很重(?)报纸的作用,1938年他任国民党北路军总司令驻防晋西北河曲时,就创办了八开油印的《奋斗日报》,以刊登战报和国内外新闻为主要内容,读者以他防区内的军政人员等为主要对象。当时,傅将军与中国共产党的关系较为密切,双方往来频繁。我们把延安出版的书报送给他;他送一部分人员,包括他的老弟傅作良,去陕北抗大等革命学校学习,并且,还向中共中央要了一些共产党人,充实他三十五军的政治工作。这些共产党人带去了延安的革命作风和传统,因之在抗战初期,傅作义部的抗日进步空气较浓,奋斗日报社的工作人员
