铁路沿线站区卫生保障服务是一类特殊的基层卫生保障服务,具有较强的区域性、流动性和实践性,受区域经济发展、区域卫生服务和企业经营管理等多重因素影响。为使铁路沿线站区卫生保障服务在符合国家卫生产业政策导向的同时,更加科学、实用、有效地保障沿线站区职工健康,乌鲁木齐铁路局疾病预防控制所在多年开展铁路沿线站区卫生保障服务的基础上,依据国家卫生产业政策导向和现代医学服务理论,针对乌鲁木齐铁路局辖区内188个沿线站区中的120个站区的卫生保障现状进行了大量基础数据研究,总结出了新疆铁路沿线站区卫生保障服务的核心技术与实现方式,为最终实现与社会卫生服务的有效衔接及同步发展奠定了基础。
