随着经济改革的深入和外资企业的进驻,国有企业面临着众多挑战,人才流失问题则成为这些挑战中最值得国有企业注意的,国有企业在人力资源管理上的漏洞与不足已是近年来的重要问题。因而本文在这一背景下立足于目前我国国有企业人力资源管理管理的现状,针对目前我国的国有企业中人力资源管理管理不力的现象,探讨问题的原因,寻找完善解决国有企业人力资源管理的措施和对策。
