朱英林同志是黑龙江省绥化市粮食局直属秦家粮库的党总支书记兼经理,他几十年如一日,兢兢业业、勤奋工作,曾先后荣获绥化市劳动模范和市粮食局模范党务工作者;2002年又被评为黑龙江省第九届劳动模范,成为绥化市粮食战线转入市场经济后改革创新的楷模。
Comrade Zhu Yinglin is the Party branch secretary and manager directly under the Grain Bureau of Suihua in Heilongjiang Province. He has worked hard and diligently for decades. He has won the model workers in model workers in Suihua City and model grain bureau. In 2002, it was appraised as the ninth model worker in Heilongjiang Province and became a model of reform and innovation after the food front in Suihua was transformed into a market economy.
