武钢研制的低合金半镇静钢16NbCub已作为压力容器用钢试生产,并已在使用部门试用。镇静铌钢未采用控制轧制以前,在热轧状态下机械性能波动较大,控制轧制使其波动减小,并可把提高σ_s和降低脆性转化温度结合起来,生产出低温用高强度铌钢。镇静铌钢的控制轧制已得到广泛的研究,并在带板材生产中得到应用,但半镇静铌钢控轧的研究还未见到报导。大量实验结果表明:控轧通过铁素体晶粒细化及Nb(C,N)沉淀,可同时提高σ_s和低温冲击韧性。对于低碳非调质铁素体——珠光体型钢,其机械性能与各组织因素的关系可用
Low alloy semi-killed steel 16NbCub, developed by WISCO, has been pilot-tested for pressure vessel steel and has been tried in the use department. Prior to the controlled rolling of the stabilized niobium steel, the mechanical properties fluctuated greatly in the hot-rolled state, the controlled rolling reduced the fluctuation, and the combination of raising σ_s and lowering the brittle transition temperature to produce a high-strength niobium steel. The controlled rolling of the stabilized niobium steel has been extensively studied and applied in the production of sheet metal.
