《党的执政能力建设研究》一书,是中共山东省委党校李剑教授承担的山东省社科规划重点项目,由山东人民出版社出版。这一研究成果坚持以马克思主义党的建设学说为指导,以我们党在探索如何执政问题上形成的重大理论成果为依据,深入总结了党在半个多世纪执政进程中所取得的基本经验,深入分析了在新的历史条件下党执政兴国所要解决的现实问题,比较系统地阐述了党的执政理论的一系列重大问题,初步构建了党的执政理论体系。
The book “Study on the Construction of the Governing Ability of the Party” is a key project of social science planning undertaken by Professor Li Jian of the Party School of CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and published by Shandong People’s Publishing House. Based on the theory of the Marxist party building and based on the major theoretical achievements our party has made in exploring how to govern, this research achievement has in-depth summed up the basic experience the party has gained in the governing process in more than half a century, In-depth analysis of the realistic problems to be solved by the party in governing and rejuvenating the country under the new historical conditions, systematically elaborating a series of major issues concerning the party’s governing theory and preliminarily building the party’s governing theoretical system.
