人民法院经过一五、二五司法改革取得了阶段性的成果,为进一步解决人民法院科学发展中存在的体制性和机制性障碍,着力解决人民群众日益增长的司法需求与人民法院司法能力相对不足的矛盾,文章通过对人民法院民事审判第二庭角色定位与角色重塑进行分析,探讨法院内部机构改革的实际效果与存在问题,为建设公正高效权威的社会主义司法制度提供一个新的视角。
