With the continuous improvement of analytical techniques, abnormal Hb has been continuously discovered in China, more than 30 kinds have been reported, as well as scattered among Chinese of all over the world. It can be seen from children to the elderly and has the characteristics of family inheritance. Hb abnormal gene carriers often no clinical manifestations or mild symptoms, it should cause clinical and scientific research attention. In order to find out farmers in Hainan
