我科自1979年1月～1988年12月,收治伤寒病人276例,其中51例伤寒杆菌培养阳性,现报道分析如下。临床资料 276例伤寒病人中培养标本181份,64例次伤寒杆菌培养阳性。其阳性率。血48.2％(54/112),骨髓62.5％(5/8),粪便7.5％(4/49),胆汁100.0％(1/1),尿0％(0/7)。 51例病人中,男32例,女19例。年龄4个月～64岁,平均23.8±12.0岁。入院时病日4～50日,平均18.7±10.8日。住院天数3～61
Our department from January 1979 ~ December 1988, admitted typhoid patients 276 cases, of which 51 cases of typhoid fever positive culture, are reported as follows. Clinical data of 276 cases of typhoid cultured in 181 samples, 64 cases of Salmonella typhimurium culture positive. The positive rate.
