1 指甲内奇痒 余某某 ,女 ,6 9岁 ,退休教师 ,1991年 2月来诊。 3天来 ,突发十个指甲内奇痒难受。皮肤科先投内服扑尔敏片 ,不效 ,加用地塞米松片内服 ,甲沟内涂“皮炎平”软膏 ,无效 ,继则静脉用“葡酸钙”也不灵。患者很痛苦 ,指甲内奇痒 ,无法抓搔 ,只能用小锤在指甲上
