我国现行的液化气体铁路罐车上一般都装有两只内置全启式安全阀。该阀门应该是由劳动部门定点的并取得了制造许可证资格的生产厂家生产。例如锦西化工机械厂,沈阳市新光阀门厂。它们的制造许可证号分别是“(81)劳锅字第83号”和“辽A—01号”。这些厂家生产的安全阀在出厂前均经过了严格的检验、调试、定压,并有与产品型号,使用范围相一致的合格证书。安全阀每年都要随罐车一道到劳动部门认定的检修单位进行检修。检修过程中,有时需要更换密封垫圈、阀瓣、弹簧、阀杆等零部件。笔者有幸参予了几次安
