After complete remission of acute leukemia (AL) induction chemotherapy, minimal residual disease (MRD) should continue to be removed. MRD is the underlying cause of leukemia relapse and affects prognosis [1]. After prolonging the time of administration of Ara-C (ARA-C) and increasing the dose, the MRD can be cleared to achieve the purpose of consolidating the intensive treatment. The hospital collected it from January 1995 to June 1998.
