目的:调查分析公共场所从业人员Hp感染状况,探讨公共场所服务人员Hp感染者存在的传染隐患。方法:应用幽门螺杆菌抗体谱检测芯片(深圳欣康基因数码科技有限公司),对151份血样进行CagA、VacA、Ure、Hsp60和RdxA抗体分型测定。结果:公共场所从业人员Hp感染为58.94%,CagA毒力株感染者占Hp感染人数的50.56%,是否存在Hp传染的潜在危险。对甲硝唑类药物敏感的Hp感染者占Hp感染人数的11.23%,提示对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的耐药性应引以重视。结论:实验显示服务人员年龄较小,大多为未婚或未育,Hp检测可及时提示治疗和传染,建议将Hp检测纳入公共场所从业人员健康体检。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the status of Hp infection in public places and explore the contagion potential of Hp infected persons in public places. Methods: The Helicobacter pylori antibody spectrum detection chip (Shenzhen Xinkang Gene Digital Technology Co., Ltd.) was used for the determination of CagA, VacA, Ure, Hsp60 and RdxA antibody in 151 blood samples. Results: Hp infection in public places was 58.94%, and CagA virulence strains accounted for 50.56% of the number of Hp infection. Is there any potential risk of Hp infection? Metronidazole-susceptible Hp infection accounted for 11.23% of Hp infection, suggesting that H. pylori (Hp) resistance should be taken seriously. Conclusion: The experiment shows that service personnel are younger, mostly unmarried or not. Hp test can promptly prompt treatment and infection. It is suggested that Hp test should be included in health examination of practitioners in public places.
