空气中微量氟的存在,对人体的健康是不利的。按规定,空气中允许存在最大含氟量不得超过1~3ppm。因此,寻找出快速测定空气中的含氟量,是工厂卫生方面急需解决的问题。而这一问题的解决,首先就要找出检定氟的灵敏试剂。用来检定含氟量的试剂,通常是茜素S-锆淀色质,但这种试剂灵敏度较低。麦格莱金(S.Megre-gian)提出利用Eriochrome Cvanine R-Zr(?)作试剂,测定水中微量的氟。后来蘸丘(L.L.Tha-tcher)对这一方法进行了比较详细的研究,指出该试剂有比较稳定、干扰元素少、灵敏度大、能测定3ppm
The presence of trace amounts of fluorine in the air is detrimental to human health. According to regulations, the maximum allowed amount of fluorine in the air shall not exceed 1 ~ 3ppm. Therefore, looking for a rapid determination of the amount of fluorine in the air is an urgent need to be addressed in the factory hygiene. The solution to this problem, first of all, we must find out the sensitive reagents for testing fluorine.
