目的对某焦化厂合成氨生产过程中职业病危害因素进行识别与分析,确定职业病危害因素的关键控制岗位与控制点,为制定与之相适应的合理、有效的职业病防治措施提供依据。方法采样用现场调查法、工程分析法、检测检验法等相结合的方法进行职业病危害识别与分析。结果某焦化厂合成氨生产过程中存在一氧化碳、氨、噪声等职业病危害因素。工作场所空气中一氧化碳、氨的浓度均符合国家职业接触限值的要求,噪声强度也符合国家职业卫生要求。但煤气压缩巡检工8 h等效声级达到84.9 d B(A),存在超标的可能。结论该焦化厂合成氨项目正常生产情况下,存在的职业病危害因素符合国家职业接触限值的要求,但某些岗位噪声存在超标的可能,事故状态下易发生急性职业中毒,现场需加强管理。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards in the process of ammonia production in a coking plant and determine the key control positions and control points of the occupational hazards in order to provide a basis for the formulation of a reasonable and effective occupational disease prevention and control measures. Methods Sampling Occupational disease hazard identification and analysis were conducted by means of on-site investigation, engineering analysis and testing and testing. The results of a coking plant ammonia production process exists carbon monoxide, ammonia, noise and other occupational hazards. Workplace air carbon monoxide, ammonia concentrations are in line with the requirements of the national occupational exposure limits, noise intensity also in line with national occupational health requirements. However, the 8-h equivalent sound pressure level of the gas compression inspector reached 84.9 d B (A), which may cause the exceeding of the standard. Conclusion Under the normal production of synthetic ammonia project of this coking plant, the existing occupational hazards are in line with the requirements of the national occupational exposure limits. However, the noise of some posts may exceed the standard. Acute occupational poisoning is easy to occur under the accident and the site needs to be strengthened.
