本文分析了各类通用减速器传动系统结构单元组成和设计的内在联系,提出了通用减速器综合设计的总体思想,编制了适用于多类通用减速器传动系统电算综合程序。所采用的BASIC源程序已在IBM计算机上验证通过。利用它能设计分别由渐开线圆柱齿轮传动、圆弧圆柱齿轮传动、直齿圆锥齿轮传动、蜗杆传动和三角带传动等所组成的多类通用减速器传动系统。还能进行同类减速器若干方案的连续运算。它具有综合性、灵活性,自调性和效率高、用途广、使用方便等特点。
In this paper, the inherent relationship between the structural elements and the design of various types of general reducer drive system is analyzed. The general idea of the general design of the reducer is put forward, and the computer integrated program for the transmission system of many kinds of general reducer is developed. The BASIC sources used have been validated on IBM computers. It can be designed by involute cylindrical gear drive, circular cylindrical gear drive, straight bevel gear drive, worm drive and V-belt drive consisting of a variety of general-purpose reducer drive system. But also for a similar reducer several programs of continuous computing. It has a comprehensive, flexible, self-regulating and high efficiency, versatility, ease of use and so on.
