当前,建设新型农村社区,作为推进社会主义新农村建设的一项重要举措,正在全国各地广泛开展。我国的新型农村社区的建设道路还处在探索阶段,通过对江苏省句容市三台阁社区25户居民的调查和访谈,我们发现三台阁社区近十年建设中存在着社区综合服务能力滞后、失地农民生活成本增加、“空巢”老人生病照顾等问题,反映出了从农村到城市,新型农村社区的成长困惑。要实现从行政村向社区、从农民向居民的平稳过渡,需要提高社区服务水平、加强就业培训、实行政府筹资兼顾家庭帮扶养老模式。使得新型农村社区走出成长困惑,完成从农村到城市的蝶变。
At present, building a new type of rural community as an important measure to promote the building of a new socialist countryside is being carried out extensively throughout the country. The construction of new rural communities in our country is still in the exploratory stage. Through the survey and interviews with 25 households in Santai Court community in Jurong City, Jiangsu Province, we found that there is community comprehensive service capability in Santai Court community in the past ten years Lack of living expenses of landless peasants has increased, and problems such as “empty nest” and care for elderly people reflect the growing confusion from rural areas to urban areas and new rural communities. To achieve a smooth transition from the administrative villages to the communities and from the peasants to the residents, it is necessary to raise the level of community service, strengthen employment training, and implement government financing and family support models.
