艺术实践基地本身具有首创性,它是上海教育艺术育人的试验田,它区别于学生艺术团、艺术院系、专业院团,集人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承创新四大功能于一身。基地十年来开展的各项工作既是教学,又是科研;既是服务,也是传播;既在联盟指导下统一规划,又百花齐放各具特色;既能独当一面打造品牌,又能无缝合作形成合力;既能面向百姓文化下乡,又能走出国门对外交流。在教育实践中,艺术教育与思政教育往往互相割裂,忽视了两者之间的相关性与内在统一性。在上海大学生艺术实践基地
