采用有限元模拟与现场试验研究相结合的方法对宽厚板平面形状变化规律进行了研究,分析了宽厚板头尾及两边形状不对称的形成原因。结果表明:转钢方向、总纵轧及总横轧道次数的奇偶性是影响宽厚板头尾及边部不对称的主要因素,通过控制转钢方向并限定总纵轧及总横轧道次数的奇偶性可有效地控制钢板头尾及两边形状的对称性,从而使宽厚板的成材率提高0.8%左右。
The change rule of plane shape of wide and thick plate was studied by the combination of finite element simulation and field test, and the formation reason of the asymmetrical shape of the head and the tail of the plate and the two sides was analyzed. The results show that the main factors affecting the head and the tail asymmetry of the plate are the control of the direction of the steel and the total number of longitudinal and transverse passes The parity can effectively control the symmetry of the shape of the head and the tail of the steel plate and both sides, so that the yield rate of the heavy plate increases by about 0.8%.
