本文分析了我国水利工程施工企业在成本控制上出现的问题,并从水利施工的基本特征出发,水利工程目前的成本控制模式与其发展要求难以匹配,就此提出了采用过程管理为基础的水利工程施工成本管理办法。此方法不同于传统的成本控制法,其主要优势是能分析水利工程施工的全部过程,找出其中成本控制的薄弱环节和使成本上升的因素,及时采取针对性措施,查漏补缺,实时监管,从而避免损失增加,较好地控制水利工程施工成本。
