宗教法治建设,是依法治国,建设社会主义法制国家的大势所趋,学术理论界同样认为加强宗教法治建设也是宗教工作的形势所迫,对于如何加强宗教法治建设,我国宗教法治建设的模式及其路径问题,理论界从我国的实际出发,对宗教法治建设进行了建设性的探讨和争鸣。从宗教法治建设的必要性、可行性、存在的问题及解决的出路都提出了十分中肯和良好的建议,对构建具有中国特色的宗教法制理论体系,推动我国宗教法制建设健康发展,都起到了积极的作用。
