所谓“核心”是人体的中间环节,就是肩关节以下、髋关节以上包括骨盆在内的区域,是由腰、骨盆、髋关节形成的一个整体,核心肌肉群的作用是非常显著的,可以稳定重心、传导力量等,核心肌肉力量训练是非常重要的,它对女大学生的动态平衡能力有着很重要的影响。核心肌肉力量训练是一个新的训练观念,也是健美操教学中的一个重要环节,笔者从事大学健美操教学多年,对健美操核心肌肉力量训练对女大学生动态平衡能力的影响也做了一些分析。
