在我国经济社会发展转型的关键时刻,深圳市委、市政府提出“深圳质量”的理念。这是对“深圳速度”、“深圳效益”的继承发展和超越升华,是要以质量引领发展,以质量再创经济特区新辉煌,努力走出一条科学发展的新路。开发开放前海,是国家基于全局视野、促进区域协调发展、深化改革开放的重大举措。在打造“深圳质量”的实践中,前海责无旁贷地要发挥重要作用,努力成为标志性区域。
At the crucial moment of the transformation of our country’s economic and social development, Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and Shenzhen Municipal Government proposed the concept of “Shenzhen Quality”. This is a succession of development and surpassing and sublimation of “Shenzhen Speed ” and “Shenzhen Benefit ”.
