以沈阳风动工具厂生产的PCY180型液压破碎冲击器为研究对象,应用功率键合图和状态空间分析方法,建立了较为详尽的系统动态数学模型,对冲击机构中冲击液压缸的后腔、配油阀的前腔在交变高压油流作用下的工况,进行了计算机仿真研究,就液压冲击机构的动态运动机理的特征和规律,进行了较全面地探索和考证。
Taking PCY180 hydraulic crushing impactor produced by Shenyang Fengdong Power Tools Factory as the research object, a detailed system dynamic mathematical model was established by using the power bond graph and the state space analysis method. The impacts of impact cylinder on the back chamber, The front cavity of the oil distribution valve is under the condition of alternating high pressure oil flow and the computer simulation is carried out. The characteristics and rules of the dynamic movement mechanism of the hydraulic impact mechanism are explored and verified.
