目的了解成年住院患者抑郁倾向的现状。方法采用修正后的老年抑郁量表(GDS)和基本信息表,对青海省某三甲医院的861例成年住院患者进行调查,对资料进行统计分析。结果成年住院病人抑郁量表平均得分(15.64±5.33),有抑郁倾向者317人,抑郁发生率为36.82%(317/861),其中轻度占61.20%(194/317),中重度占38.80%(123/317)。女性患者较男性患者更容易患有抑郁,其发生率为42.24%。老年组患者抑郁量表得分(19.32±8.41),高于中青年组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=20.48,P<0.01);老年患者抑郁发生率(51.11%)较高,与中青年组患者相比,差异有统计学意义(x2=67.16,P<0.01)。不同科室患者的抑郁倾向表现为:肿瘤内科患者抑郁倾向最严重,轻度抑郁和中重度抑郁所占比例均位居5个科室之首,分别占27.32%和30.08%;肿瘤内科患者抑郁发生率最高(60.81%),其次为妇产科(36.00%),最低的为消化科(31.62%)和呼吸科(28.97%)。结论成年住院患者抑郁倾向较为严重,应采取积极的心理疏导和干预来降低其带来的负面效益。
Objective To understand the status of depression in adult hospitalized patients. Methods A total of 861 adult hospitalized patients in a top three hospital in Qinghai Province were investigated using the revised GDS and basic information table. The data were statistically analyzed. Results The average score of depression scale of adult inpatients was (15.64 ± 5.33), there were 317 people with depression tendency and the incidence of depression was 36.82% (317/861), of which 61.20% (194/317) were moderate and 38.80 % (123/317). Female patients were more susceptible to depression than male patients, the incidence was 42.24%. (19.32 ± 8.41) in the elderly group, which was significantly higher than that in the middle-aged and young group (t = 20.48, P <0.01). The incidence of depression in elderly patients was higher (51.11%), The difference was statistically significant (x2 = 67.16, P <0.01). The depressive tendency of patients in different departments showed as follows: the depressive tendency of patients with cancer was the most serious, the proportions of mild depression and moderate-severe depression ranked the first among the five departments, accounting for 27.32% and 30.08% respectively; the incidence of depression in medical oncology patients The highest was (60.81%), followed by obstetrics and gynecology (36.00%), the lowest was digestive (31.62%) and respiratory (28.97%). Conclusion Adult hospitalized patients have a more severe depression tendency. Positive psychological counseling and intervention should be taken to reduce their negative benefits.
