1病例报告患者女,28岁,因自觉腹围进行性增大,近3个月腹胀、便秘和尿频症状加重,肿物压迫症状明显,于2014-09-24入住湖北省肿瘤医院。患者入院时曾2次手术和化疗,患者既往除2次手术史外无高血压、糖尿病、子宫肌瘤和乳腺病变等病史。第一次诊疗:患者24岁,因无意间发现下腹部肿块于2010-06就诊当地县医院。B超示,子宫前方及右侧附件区中等回声,左侧附件及盆腔未见异常。术
1 case report Female, 28 years old, due to consciously increased abdominal circumference, nearly 3 months of abdominal distension, constipation and frequent urination symptoms, obvious symptoms of tumor compression, admitted to Cancer Hospital of Hubei Province 2014-09-24.
