学前教育的工作质量绝大程度上取决于保教工作者的业务水平的高低,也就是,高质量的保教队伍不仅能够提高学前教育的质量,而且对幼儿健全的发展也起着非常重要的作用。因此,在新课程改革下,我们要认真分析目前影响保教队伍质量高低的因素,并采取相应的措施来调动队伍成员的工作积极性,进而为提高学前教育教学质量打下坚实的基础。
The quality of pre-primary education depends largely on the level of professionalism of the polygamists. That is, a high-quality education team can not only improve the quality of pre-school education, but also play an important role in the sound development of children. Therefore, under the new curriculum reform, we must conscientiously analyze the current factors that affect the quality of the education team and take corresponding measures to arouse the enthusiasm of team members, which will lay a solid foundation for improving the quality of teaching in preschool education.
