为了改善延长油田管输原油流变性差的问题,采用菜籽油与多乙烯多胺制备多胺酰胺反应,进而与不同交联剂交联生成聚胺酰胺,并将其用作原油降凝剂,达到改善原油流变性的目的。研究结果表明:15℃条件下,500mg/L聚胺酰胺的原油降黏率为70%,降低凝固点4.4℃;DSC分析显示,聚胺酰胺可降低原油饱和烃组分析蜡峰温和析蜡点;蜡晶微观结构显示,该试剂使得原油饱和烃组分的蜡晶减小并分散。源于植物油脂的聚胺酰胺能够作为新型的流动性改进剂,具有来源广、可再生、经济环保等优势。

Polyamides derived from vegetable oils can be used as a new fluidity improver with the advantages of wide source, renewable, economic and environmental protection.
