Some people in the United States have done everything possible to support Britain for the ultimate victory. The opinions expressed by this group are published by the author Lipman. He believes that Japan’s tactics in the Pacific are nothing more than a means of intimidation and do not need to “solve Japan first.” Although the Japanese government claims that he will not tell his tactics that he has actually decided, he hopes it will be obvious to the United States how to do it. What he hopes is that he will convince us that he will launch a massive rebellion along from Siberia to Singapore, thus relaxing our attention to the war in the Atlantic and turning to defending the Pacific.
