张海宁,词作家、诗人、国家一级编辑。祖籍湖南。复旦大学物理系毕业,复旦诗社首批社员。现为中国音乐家协会会员、中国音乐文学学会理事、上海市作家协会会员、上海音乐家协会会员、上海音乐文学学会副会长,《上海歌词》副主编。从事文艺创作多年,创作、策划及编辑大量歌词、诗歌、影视片及丛书等文艺作品。歌词代表作《爱情鸟》、《蓝蓝的夜蓝蓝的梦》及《透过开满鲜花的月亮》流
